Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we process when you contact us, what we use it for and what rights you have, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Ley Orgánica 3/2018 (LOPDGDD, the Spanish Data Protection and Digital Rights Act).

What data we process and why

We only process the data you give us when you write to us: name, email address, phone number and the content of your message (measurements, location of the site, and any photographs or plans you attach).

We use it exclusively to:

• Reply to your enquiry and prepare the quote you ask us for.
• Manage the order, delivery and invoicing if you become a customer.

Legal basis

We process your data with your consent, which you give when you send us the form or the message, and in order to take the pre-contractual steps you request (the quote). If you are a customer, we also process it to perform the contract and to comply with our legal obligations.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for a maximum of one year. Customer data is kept for as long as the business relationship lasts and, after that, for the periods required by tax and commercial law.

Who it is disclosed to

We do not sell or pass on your data. It is accessed only by the providers who supply us with services – web hosting and email – acting as data processors, and by public authorities when the law requires it.

If you write to us by WhatsApp, that conversation passes through the servers of that service, which has its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can access your data, rectify it, erase it, object to its processing, restrict it and request its portability, as well as withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@juncoafricano.com.

If you believe we have not dealt with your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (Spanish Data Protection Agency, www.aepd.es).

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. The form is sent encrypted and the messages are stored outside the public part of the server.
